The minimum deposit on fjok via any payment method is ৳500. Likewise, the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this limit cannot be processed.

3.4 Transaction Verification

fjok reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. A national ID card, screenshot of your mobile banking account, or other supporting documents may be requested if needed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fjok will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳18,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Different terms may apply to bonus use in specific games.
• fjok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

4.4 VIP Program

• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
